Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your crochet flower bouquets from KnolEver. Because our items are handmade and delicate, we have established the following return policy:

• Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us via email with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

• Return Process: Please email us at iwsjbsbtwgwh@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions once your request is received.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refund Policy

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.

• Non-refundable Items: Any items sent back to us without prior communication will not be accepted for a refund.
